v1.0 Release


After a long time working on this game, I'm happy to announce the 1.0 public release of Light, Gather, and Seek!

New Content

  • Added a gallery menu and unlockable scenes. These are global and are unlocked as you play from any save file.
  • New night cutscene after the last evening round.
  • New dialogue and CG for the true ending.
  • New CG for the normal ending.
  • New CG variations for the Edmond ending and Guards ending.
  • New short epilogue after reaching an ending.
  • New easter egg after unlocking all scenes.

Bug Fixes and Other Changes

  • Fixed a layer problem in the Guards ending CG.
  • Small changes to Sara's eyes in the Edmond ending and Guards ending CGs.
  • Fixed a bug that increased your progress for the true ending when it isn't supposed to.
  • Fixed a dialogue choice in the game rules and added a new spoiler.
  • Added a display that shows the current round.
  • Changed the button for showing and hiding the grid of rooms.
  • More changes to the CGs for Sara + Guards events 3 and 4.
  • Small change to Sara's face in the title screen art.
  • Fixed a bug with having more than one menu open in the title screen.
  • Fixed save slot images blocking your mouse clicks.
  • Fixed a layer problem for one of Sara's portraits.
  • Moved Sara events 3 and 4 to the evening. New dialogue will show if you trigger the event early.
